House rules

-Check in time is 3 pm, check out time is 10 am.
-Please leave the apartment clean, tidy and no damage.
-No smoking.
-Pets are not allowed.
-No parties.
-When checking out, please leave the apartment in a clean and tidy manner.
-Keep noise down after 9pm and be respectful of our neighbours.
-Guests will be expected to cover the cost of any breakages or damage, as well as any additional cleaning beyond a standard clean.
-Please take the property key & fob with you all the time. LOST KEY/ Emergency Key Delivery charges will from AU$350. Emergency locksmith - cost will go for guest PLUS AU$180.

During your stay I will be nearby in Brisbane and available for contact by email or Airbnb Message.

Other things to note

※We do request the security deposit before your arrival A$350.
※We only provide check in details AFTER the security deposit has been paid.
※Standard Setting: 2 x Queen Bed for 4 guests.
※Extra linen requested at extra $45. ( Please confirm with us at least one day before you coming)
※The spas and cinemas will require a $150 bone and $30 cleaning fee (pay to reception)
※Keep noise down after 9 pm and be respectful of our neighbour.
Attention Strictly NO PARTY! All complaints would be reported to 24/7 on site manager.
※The Air Conditioning is belong to the building and if something happens to it, we are not responsible but we will make sure to coordinate with the Building Manager
※Booking changes and other options

The rebooking fee will be waived if the reservation is made to extend the check out date, given the length of stay is not shortened.
- No changes are allowed if reservation has already started.
- Check in date within 7 days, no changes are allowed.
- 7 days before and within 14 days, A$100 service fee will be applied.
- 14 days before check in and within 30 days, A$50 service fee will be applied
- 30 days before check in, rebooking fee will be waived

RULE OF CHANGE A RESERVATION (Covid- lockdown):
The rebooking fee will be waived if the reservation is made to extend the check out date, given the length of stay is not shortened.

Note:
Conditions for rebooking:
1) Rebooking will be subject to availability and a new daily rate. The new daily rate may be different from the original reservation. Guests will pay the rate whichever is higher for the rebooking.

2) The new check-in date must be within the next 90 days and is subject to availability. Please contact us to check calendar availability.
