This beautiful apartment offers a prime location. Just around the corner to Boundary Street, as well as South Bank Parkland is a 10 minute walking distane which consist of a mixture of rainforest, water, grassed areas and plazas as well as features such as the riverfront promenade, the Streets Beach, and more and more!
-Check in time is 3 pm, check out time is 10 am.
-Please leave the apartment clean, tidy and no damage.
-No smoking.
-Pets are not allowed.
-No parties.
-When checking out, please leave the apartment in a clean and tidy manner.
-Keep noise down after 9pm and be respectful of our neighbours.
-Guests will be expected to cover the cost of any breakages or damage, as well as any additional cleaning beyond a standard clean.
-Please take the property key & fob with you all the time. LOST KEY/ Emergency Key Delivery charges will be AU$180. Emergency locksmith - cost will go for guest PLUS AU$180.
Full access to the apartment - you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout.
The complex has a rooftop pool, 24 Hours access gym and 1 FREE car park.
During your stay I will be nearby in Brisbane and available for contact by email or phone.

※ Standard is 1 queen bed with 2 pillows for 2 peoples
※ Extra linen is prepared upon requested at extra $45.
※ Extra linen for sofa is prepared upon requested at extra $45.
※ Please keep the keys, fob with you carefully, charges will be applied If you lost them.
※ Keep noise down after 9 pm and be respectful of our neighbour.
※ Attention, Strictly NO PARTY! All complaints would be reported to 24/7 on site manager.
※Booking changes and other options
The rebooking fee will be waived if the reservation is made to extend the check out date, given the length of stay is not shortened.
- No changes are allowed if reservation has already started.
- Check in date within 7 days, no changes are allowed.
- 7 days before and within 14 days, A$100 service fee will be applied.
- 14 days before check in and within 30 days, A$50 service fee will be applied
- 30 days before check in, rebooking fee will be waived

The rebooking fee will be waived if the reservation is made to extend the check out date, given the length of stay is not shortened.

- 3 days before and within 14 days, A$100 service fee will be applied.
- 14 days before check in and within 30 days, A$50 service fee will be applied

Conditions for rebooking:
1) Rebooking will be subject to availability and a new daily rate. The new daily rate may be different from the original reservation. Guests will pay the rate whichever is higher for the rebooking.
2) The new check-in date must be within the next 90 days and is subject to availability. Please contact us to check calendar availability.
