- Pets are not permitted
- We kindly ask that no shoes are worn on the carpet
- We kindly ask there to be no jumping on the bed or sofa
- Please enter and leave the home quietly, we respect our neighbours and want everyone to have a comfortable living environment.
- If furniture is moved, please return to the original place
- No cooking with aromatics and spices due to the nature of possibly having a new guest stay the day of check out
- Please respect the check-out time and if late check-out is required, please advise us at the time of booking. Please note if late check-out is available, additional charges may apply
- We can prepare single bed upon requested at an extra cost of $45 ; Extra linen can be prepared upon requested at an additional cost of $45.
- Please take the property key & fob with you at all times. Emergency Key Delivery charges will apply from AU$180. Emergency locksmiths with be the responsibility of the guest, with the cost starting from AU$180. Lost keys or keys not returned to the lockbox is a call-out fee from $350.
- When checking out, please leave the apartment in a clean and tidy manner.
- Guests will be expected to cover the cost of any breakages or damage, as well as any additional cleaning beyond a standard clean.
24 hrs access - Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout

※ In Australia's tropical climate, it's common to encounter harmless bugs and spiders. While we don't offer cancellations for this reason, we're always available to assist you. Our property undergoes regular Pest Control to prevent pests.

※ All the room at second floor, must climb stairs

※ We do request the security deposit before your arrival, A$500
※ We only provide check in details AFTER the security deposit has been paid.
※ The management reserves the right to request for ID's of all guests staying prior to check in for security purposes.
※ Standard Setting: 1 King, 2 Double, 1 Single bed for 7 guests, 1 additional single bed availble if request when book.
※ Extra linen requested at extra $45. (Please confirm with us at least one day before you're coming)
※ Keep noise down after 9 pm and be respectful of our neighbour.
※ Attention, Strictly NO PARTY! All complaints would be reported to police
※ Booking changes and other options
The rebooking fee will be waived if the reservation is made to extend the check-out date, given the length of stay is not shortened.
- No changes are allowed if reservation has already started.
- Check in date within 7 days, no changes are allowed.
- 7 days before and within 14 days, A$100 service fee will be applied.
- 14 days before check in and within 30 days, A$50 service fee will be applied
- 30 days before check in, rebooking fee will be waived
Note:
Conditions for rebooking:
1) Rebooking will be subject to availability and a new daily rate. The new daily rate may be different from the original reservation. Guests will pay the rate whichever is higher for the rebooking.
2) The new check-in date must be within the next 90 days and is subject to availability. Please contact us to check calendar availability.
