This spacious and sunny two-bedroom home retains its charming Victorian terrace heritage features and boasts a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. With two lounges and two bathrooms, it can comfortably accommodate up to four guests. The house has been well-maintained, and features classic furnishings and modern amenities throughout.
The two lounges are perfect for relaxing with family and friends, each with plenty of space to unwind. You can watch your favorite shows on the flat-screen TVs, or connect to the high-speed Wi-Fi to catch up on work or browse the web. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including a fridge, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. There is also a dining table that seats four.

- As this is a residential building, we kindly ask you to please keep loud noise to a minimum after 9pm

- We kindly ask there to be no jumping on the bed or sofa
- Please enter and leave the home quietly, we respect our neighbours and want everyone to have a comfortable living environment.

-When checking out, please leave the apartment in a clean and tidy manner.
- Guests will be expected to cover the cost of any breakages or damage, as well as any additional cleaning beyond a standard clean.
24 hrs access - Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself fully at home throughout your stay.

The rebooking fee will be waived if the reservation is made to extend the check out date, given the length of stay is not shortened.
- No changes are allowed if reservation has already started.
- Check in date within 7 days, no changes are allowed.
- 7 days before and within 14 days, A$100 service fee will be applied.
- 14 days before check in and within 30 days, A$50 service fee will be applied
- 30 days before check in, rebooking fee will be waived

Conditions for rebooking:
1) Rebooking will be subject to availability and a new daily rate. The new daily rate may be different from the original reservation. Guests will pay the rate whichever is higher for the rebooking.
2) The new check-in date must be within the next 90 days and is subject to availability. Please contact us to check calendar availability.
