※ Keep noise down after 9 pm and be respectful of our neighbour.
※ Attention, Strictly NO PARTY! All complaints would be reported to 24/7 on site manager.
※ Booking changes and other options

The rebooking fee will be waived if the reservation is made to extend the check out date, given the length of stay is not shortened.
- No changes are allowed if reservation has already started.
- Check in date within 7 days, no changes are allowed.
- 7 days before and within 14 days, A$100 service fee will be applied.

Guest access

The keys will be left in a lockbox onsite. We will send you the check in instruction 5 days prior to your arrival through the booking portal.

※ You’ll have access to the entire property except the storage room downstairs next to the garage when you stay here, so it will feel like your own home.

Interaction with guests

During your stay I will be nearby in Brisbane and available for contact by email or Airbnb Message.

※ Council weekly bins collection day is early Wednesday morning. Bins will be moved out to the kerbside on Tuesday and move back on Wednesday after it is emptied by Council trucks.
