Located at a tranquil Sefton street, our property can be reached by bus, train or your private car. Free parking is also available.

House rules

- Check in time is 3 pm, check out time is 10 am.
- As this is a residential building, we kindly ask you to please keep loud noise to a minimum after 9pm
- Parties and the use of illegal substances are prohibited
- Please note this is a non-smoking home
- Pets are not permitted
- We kindly ask that no shoes are worn on the carpet
- We kindly ask there to be no jumping on the bed or sofa
- Please enter and leave the home quietly, we respect our neighbours and want everyone to have a comfortable living environment.
- If furniture is moved, please return to the original place
- Please respect the check-out time and if late check-out is required, please advise us at the time of booking. Please note if late check-out is available, additional charges may apply
- Extra linen can be prepared upon requested at an additional cost of $45.
-Please take the property key & fob with you at all times. Lost Key/ Emergency Key Delivery charges will apply from AU$350. Emergency locksmiths with be the responsibility of the guest with the cost starting from AU$180.
-When checking out, please leave the apartment in a clean and tidy manner.
- Guests will be expected to cover the cost of any breakages or damage, as well as any additional cleaning beyond a standard clean.
