The space

This 2 level terrace is beautiful features with high ceilings, ornate fire places, rich timber flooring. Being recently renovated, you will enjoy a comfortable stay with a nice design kitchen, modern bathroom, fresh paint, polished floors.

Inside there are 2 bedrooms upstairs, 1 bathroom with walk in shower, functional kitchen with gas cooking, microwave and fridge.

1st bedroom has a queen bed (2ppl)
2nd bedroom has a queen bed (2ppl)
There is a double size sofa bed (1ppl) downstairs if needed. Linen will only be provided for sofa bed if requested

Less than 3 kilometres is Sydney CBD, Paddy's market, Market city, Chinatown, Capital state theatre, Darling Harbour, Powerhouse Museum, Centre Point Tower, Sydney Aquarium, Pitt st Mall, Chinese Gardens, Broadway shopping centre, Central Park Mall, Cinemas, Centennial Park, Fox studios, Oxford st, Hyde park, Spice Alley just to name a few.

House rules

- Check in time is 3 pm, check out time is 10 am.
- As this is a residential building, we kindly ask you to please keep loud noise to a minimum after 9pm
- Parties and the use of illegal substances are prohibited
- Please note this is a non-smoking home
- Pets are not permitted
- We kindly ask that no shoes are worn on the carpet
- We kindly ask there to be no jumping on the bed or sofa
- Please enter and leave the home quietly, we respect our neighbours and want everyone to have a comfortable living environment.
- If furniture is moved, please return to the original place
- Please respect the check-out time and if late check-out is required, please advise us at the time of booking. Please note, if late check-out is available, additional charges may apply
- We can prepare sofa upon requested at an extra cost of $45; Extra linen can be prepared upon requested at an additional cost of $45.
-Please take the property key & fob with you at all times. Lost Key/ Emergency Key Delivery charges will apply from AU$180. Emergency locksmiths with be the responsibility of the guest with the cost starting from AU$180.
-When checking out, please leave the apartment in a clean and tidy manner.
- Guests will be expected to cover the cost of any breakages or damage, as well as any additional cleaning beyond a standard clean.

Guest access

Check in is anytime after 3pm. Check-out is by 10am. There is a $40 -$80 early check-in fee if you would like to arrive earlier. $50-$120 late checkout fee if you leave later than 10am unless arranged prior.

During your stay, I will be nearby in Sydney and available for contact by email or phone.

※ Keep noise down after 9 pm and be respectful of our neighbour.
※ Attention, Strictly NO PARTY! All complaints would be reported to 24/7 on site manager.
※ No drinking after 9pm at the house as we are trying to minimise noise disturbances to the neighbours
