The apartment is in a prime location. Everything is at your doorstep!

Walk to everywhere: Darling Harbour & Cockle Bay, Queen Victoria Building/QVB, ICC, Chinatown, Fish Market, Pitt Street Mall, Sydney Tower etc. Or simple walk to Town Hall station or Central Station for trains all over the city. Or catch a bus to world-famous Bondi Beach. Ferries are readily available to Manly and Luna Park. Restaurants, cafes and bars in Darling Harbour & Chinatown are big news. You’ll find absolutely masses.

- Check in time is 3 pm, check out time is 10 am.
- As this is a residential building, we kindly ask you to please keep loud noise to a minimum after 9pm
- Parties and the use of illegal substances are prohibited
- Please note this is a non-smoking home
- Pets are not permitted
- We kindly ask that no shoes are worn on the carpet
- We kindly ask there to be no jumping on the bed or sofa
- Please enter and leave the home quietly, we respect our neighbours and want everyone to have a comfortable living environment.
- If furniture is moved, please return to the original place
- Please respect the check-out time and if late check-out is required, please advise us at the time of booking. Please note, if late check-out is available, additional charges may apply
- Extra linen can be prepared upon requested at an additional cost of $45.
-Please take the property key & fob with you at all times. Lost Key/ Emergency Key Delivery charges will apply from AU$180. Emergency locksmiths with be the responsibility of the guest with the cost starting from AU$180.
-When checking out, please leave the apartment in a clean and tidy manner.
- Guests will be expected to cover the cost of any breakages or damage, as well as any additional cleaning beyond a standard clean.

※ This accommodation operates independently and is not associated with the building's reception services.
※ No dedicated car space for this booking
※ TV is temperately out of order
※ Coin-operated laundry machines are available in the public area. Tokens must be purchased at the reception for A$10 each.
※ !! Attention !! Do not lock the main door headlock from inside. This will prevent access from outside using the card. Locksmith fees may apply if this occurs. Additionally, please refrain from using the inner door lock after check-out
※ In Australia's tropical climate, it's common to encounter harmless bugs and spiders. While we don't offer cancellations for this reason, we're always available to assist you. Our property undergoes regular fumigation to prevent pests.
※ There is also a building boom going on throughout Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighborhood, however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.
※ Standard Setting: 2x King size bed(combined with 2 singles each) for 4 guests
※ We do request the security deposit before your arrival A$350
※ We only provide check in details AFTER the security deposit has been paid.
※ Extra linen requested at extra $45. ( Please confirm with us at least one day before you coming)
※ Option for 4 x single bed in the property. Please let us know in advance after reservation is confirmed
※ Keep noise down after 9 pm and be respectful of our neighbour.
※ Attention, Strictly NO PARTY! All complaints would be reported to 24/7 on site manager.
The rebooking fee will be waived if the reservation is made to extend the check out date, given the length of stay is not shortened.
- No changes are allowed if reservation has already started.
- Check in date within 7 days, no changes are allowed.
- 7 days before and within 14 days, A$100 service fee will be applied.
- 14 days before check in and within 30 days, A$50 service fee will be applied
- 30 days before check in, rebooking fee will be waived

Note:
Conditions for rebooking:
1) Rebooking will be subject to availability and a new daily rate. The new daily rate may be different from the original reservation. Guests will pay the rate whichever is higher for the rebooking.
2) The new check-in date must be within the next 90 days and is subject to availability. Please contact us to check calendar availability.
